Eido Receptionist Data Deletion
How to request deletion
To request deletion of data associated with Eido Receptionist, send an email to info@eidoautomation.es with the subject "Data deletion - Eido Receptionist".
Information needed to locate the data
Include the minimum information needed to identify the conversation or data you want deleted:
- Phone number associated with the WhatsApp conversation.
- Company with which you had the conversation.
- Approximate date, request context or any detail that helps locate the conversation.
- Email address for the response to the request.
Reasonable verification
To protect the information, reasonable identity verification or verification of the relationship with the indicated phone number may be requested before deletion is performed.
What will be deleted or anonymized
Located data associated with Eido Receptionist will be deleted or anonymized, except data that must be retained for legal obligations, security, abuse prevention or possible liability management.
If the conversation belongs to a client company acting as controller of its relationship with the user, the request may be coordinated with that company so it can be handled correctly.
Request confirmation
Receipt of the request will be confirmed by email and, once reviewed, completion will be confirmed or the reasons why certain data cannot be fully deleted will be explained.
There is not yet a public form or automatic endpoint for this request; the current operational channel is email at info@eidoautomation.es.
